It did look like he was testing my carpentry skills when he first moved in to this new enclosure. So, perhaps you're right, he's just settling in. I hope he starts coming back out some day, as it isn't that fun feeding a hide box.

I don't think he has RI or anything. No open mouth, no wheezing, no discharge, and he's eating OK. *fingers crossed*
