BALL PYTHON RETARDO PROBLEM

A FEW MONTHS AGO I POSTED HERE WHEN HE HAD THIS PROBLEM. HE WAS KIND OF DANGLING HIS HEAD....HE COULDN'T EAT......LOST SENSE OF BALANCE...ETC....NOW....FOUR MONTHS LATER HE IS MOSTLY FINE. HE MOVES FINE AND EATS ON HIS OWN NOW. SOMETIMES WHEN HE EATS HE TURNS HIS NECK WAY TO MUCH. HE IS 100% HET FOR ALBINO...BUT I DON'T WANT TO TAKE HIM TO THE VET BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN I PAID FOR HIM JUST FOR THE VET TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE (OR SHE!) COULD DO. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?
