It is a hypo. Here is probably a sibling to the one above.

I also picked up a hypo from Richard Evans. It was brownish as a baby but overtime the peach/pink undertones just got brighter.

Here's the baby pic:



Here he is about six months later:



As you can see from the pic, he looks more like a Pink Pastel.
Hope this helps clarify things a bit.
