SDZ diet recipe

Is this the correct recipe for the SDZ diet. I got it off reptizone.com forums: 2.5 lbs of raw ground turkey, 22.5 grams of steamed bone meal and 1/4 centrum vitamin, crushed. I am thinking about using it for my ARG B&W tegu. Are those the correct amounts? Isnt there supposed to be a raw egg and fruit of some sort? Thanks
