I had my cham before getting my beardie and I have to say the care for a cham is more demanding simply due to their needs compared to a beardie (I am assuming you have one or more by your signature so get bd thoughts out of your head 
Check out he sites, do your research, but also make sure you can afford to keep one, whihc inlcudes haveing a comepetent vet who knows chameleons within a reasonable distance to you. Do you go away a lot? are you in school? will friends or parents need to care for it from time to time? WAY different from a beardie.
