Veiled won't eat

My female veiled chameleon is over 6 months old and pretty big for her age. I've noticed she has been a lot more green lately with blue spots all over her body. I think she might be ready to breed, the only problem is is that she will hardly eat anything(this has been going on for a few days) and I am not sure if this has anything to do with the breeding cycle. I work from home so I can watch her all day and she is VERY active but she ALWAYS eats her food. What could be the problem?
