My female arg. b/w, Annie prolapsed her cloaca!! It happened while she was going bathroom, just popped out... She had been eating a bit more than normal a few days prior, but was drinking lots of water and had plenty of exposure to warmth and full spec and natural light. She had been eaten a whole mouse, and a mixture of bannana, raw egg (organic, fertilized if it makes a difference)and broccoli. I cleaned her with warm water, sterilized my hand, and, well, put it back as gently as I could... I called the vet, and he said to wait until I could get a sample from her to bring her in... her appointment is for tomorrow afternoon. (fed her baby food (applesauce mixed with some soy based baby formula and warm water) It has not came back out, but still I'm worried. She started life on a rough start, i had to hand (not force)feed her when I first got her she was so malnurished. But, that was 2 years ago and she's been doing fine, growing like a weed and strong. Is there anything else I can do for her?? Should I change her diet? She gets mice, eggs, fruit, veggies, and lean raw meats, and occasionaly canned catfood. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
