Here is a basic breakdown of the prices associated with import/export. While these are not all the fees and cost and these can vary they give you a pretty good idea. Also the wait on the CITES documents can be from 3 weeks to 4 months to obtain. So for one Ball Python (unless it is a high dollar morph) it really is not financially feasible to export or import.
