Yeah, I know! It's frickin irritating that I can't get a reasonable price.... I'm not being unreasonable I don't think! Just seems to me that paying twice what the animal should reasonably be is a bit stupid. And pet stores are asking the same prices, but for animals with questionable background. I prefer to know the history of the animal, thank you.
I know MarcusJayne had some good prices, but had nothing available for a few months, at the time that I was looking. Plus, they're in southern Ontario, I'm about 8 hours away driving, so I would have to ship, or stay overnight somewhere if I drove to pick it up (that's a looooong drive otherwise) so it's still gonna cost me an arm and a leg.
Sorry, just needed to vent about the crummyness of living far from the centers of civilization.... (or, in Canada, Toronto!(just kidding any West coasters))  I know there's nothing I can do, just needed to complain a bit!
