In this wonderful world of ball pythons today we are amazed and and astounded by what the co dom morphs can create by being combined with one an other. There is a down side to the market of these double-doms, Double Doms can reproduce them selves through normals which breeder wise is terrific however seller wise this will cause your investmenet of $45k, $30k, $25k to be spread out more quickly over a shorter period of time in other words breed your Double Doms to more normal and morph females to keep up with he demand of buyers of these morphs yet the buyer will pay lower prices on double doms simply because more breeders will be forced to do the same as you causing a flooding of the market. This flooding of double doms is eminent yet no one knows how it will affect the double dom market exactly. The days of $500.00 Double doms are a long way off especially with the current demand on all ball pythons... Triple Doms are in thier infancy and will be the next big trend along with double dom recessives another trend however double dom recessives will maintian a longer run in the market because simply they take so long to make and the odds are tricky... So if you have the big dollars, go for the triple doms and double dom recessives the long term investment is much better with those.. Now for those of us that don't have the big dollars, heres a plan that may work for you... Stop investing in hets and go for the the co doms that you can afford also go after recessives you can afford and keep the hets you make for yourself to build on. Once you have enough female hets and female co doms you can use these to strategically maneuver yourself in the marketplace also double recessives and if you have to make possible double recessives and hold onto those females. If just one of those females turns out to be double het and you produce or can purchase a double het male your on your way....
