Something to consider...

I talked to my insurance agent a number of years ago about insuring my collection. Not only did he not want to insure them but he said they could cancel my homeowners insurance because of "perceived" threats like someone being bitten or increased risk of fire from the lights and heating elements. He told me he would pretend we didn't have the conversation.
