I feel some of your points to be wrong..Example Dont count on your babies to recoupe your investment?
I spent 1500 last January on a pastel male..Bred him to 3 females..Which gave me 1.7 pastels and 13 normals.By selling the female pastels this year I received more than my inital purchase.And that is only one season..With more potential breeders to produce the price drops..Then more can afford these amazing creatures
