I have used a forty gal breeder for an adult female that seemed to become much more aggressive than normal, I contacted a few breeders and they said that sometimes, when place in aquariums to large they feel insecure and that most "normal" sized female adults do perfectly fine in a twenty gallon long, as long as you can maintain proper temps and humidity, for larger specimens use a larger enclosure, I followed their advice and it seemed to work.
thanks
