Generally, the Blackback is just a cool looking Normal with no genetic trait. However, there are three (3) lines of genetic Blackbacks that produce little Blackback babies -- one is the Joe Compel Blackback (dominant), one is the Het Red Axanthic (codominant), and the other is the beloved funky-headed Clown (simple recessive).



I like the Clowns best!
