pacman tumors?

Hi, I got my first albino pacman frog three weeks ago and it looked healthy and alert. I got it cause its throat was pulsing, which i've heard is a healthy sign. It is now three months old and about 3 inches long. I got done with a two day vacation today and saw that it had one half inch bump on its left side and a quarter inch bump on the back right side. Is this normal? It is still eating regularly and pulsing its throat. Plz reply, thanks.
