Pee happens - there is nothing wrong with your snake - However - YOU SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING YOUR SNAKE DURING THE SHED CYCLE - you are going to stress it out and create problems - probably why it peed on you - you pissed it off and it was returning the favor - next time leave it alone.
