The reason I asked is I've noticed that along with the two previously mentioned marker traits (black lines and clear belly) many Het Pieds or PH Pieds seem to have a little orangish pre-Ringer discoloration on the belly. I'd be interested to see if this is perhaps a third marker trait and how often these pre-Ringer animals prove out.
