Gecko hemipenile bulges difficulty

Hey,

My male gecko just had his first little visit with a female, and courting and breeding went well for the most part, except for the fact that his weiner is still hanging out, it's been more than 24 hours, and i'm wondering what to do, I can't afford to take him to the vet? Any help is greatly appreaciated.
