It's not always a comma, it's not even always a problem with the URL. Could be an error was made in entering the URL, could be the wrong URL was given in which case you will never find the pic, or could be that the Site hosting the photo does not allow web sharing.
I think that is the case with the pic you just asked about. Go to the post, right click in the red X. Select Properties from the pop up menu. Then select the address that comes up in the little text box. Copy that address to your address bar and you will go to:
