#2...rumors or factual details of ?

#3...a venue of the " entrapment " word ?

#4...if indeed a entrapment or incite to do so if it is just a running operation to see what happens ?

Is there any knowledge of anything going on at this time on species of the desert tortoises of western states or just one state ? On some lesser reptile sites there has been basically post by people doing the " heres mine, who else has them " or the somewhat scenario of " I'll show you mine if you show me yours ". These people are also saying some mighty unbelievable statements like : > these guys are all over the place > the pet stores sell them > the wildlife or people at certain agencies or ( one person even said the Sonora Desert Museum )says that they are legal and as I am.

Now this comes about within several weeks as the article on the bust of the California parks and or federal park system of poachers and other news. It COULD be just a coincidence and or a innocent person thinking. But with statements of some of the above and some other details on profiles and down for repair web-sites of these posters not to mention that they are just joining...It might be kind of odd in my thinking.....
