It means that it is carring the albino gene, however its not showing through (hence it not being albino)



It basicly means that if you breed it to another het albino or an albino, it would produce normal looking boas as well as albinos. breed it to a normal you would get all normal boas that would be 50% het albino (50% shot at carrying the gene)



Im sure someone else can explain it better cuz im drunk... but thats the jist of it..
