The others will may take longer to start. Don't slit the eggs and risk hurting the baby, they will come out on thier own. Sometimes a clutch will hatch over 3-4 days. The little one is probably exhausted. I usually leave them in the incubator for the first 24 hours on moist paper towels. Some may hatch with an egg sac still attached and the moist paper towels prevent it from drying up right away. Your babies probably won't eat the first 1-2 days, the egg sac usually holds them over for a while, then instinct kicks in and it's fun to watch them learn to control that little tongue! I would feed in small groups to make sure everyone is getting plenty. Have fun, enjoy your babies, they grow soooooo fast! Good Luck
