well, last nite at about 1 am, i felt the egg, and it was COLD (the eggs surrounding it were nice and warm though) and i gently peeled the shell away. about 15 minutes after getting him out of the shell and getting him warm, he started gasping for air his yolk wasn't attatched to the shell at all (i was very careful about that) and didn't touch him at all (held him through a paper towel). i was really positive he was dead because he didn't uncurl or anything.



around 6 today another egg started, and i just got home now and the baby was totally out and running around.



2 healthy babies so far, the first is doing very well
