The reason I'm asking because my dragon seems to favor the spot under the heat light, therefore I'm concerned that he's not getting enough UVB. The lights positioned on the screen top leghtwise, so UVB light shines on the cool side of the tank and he is on the hot side. That's why I figured it's a good idea to have one fixture with bulb that produces combined UVB/UVA/heat. So far I've found mercury vapor bulb and T-Rex Active UV Heat flood bulb. From the advertisement they seem to offer what I'm looking for, but I can't help to wonder how true is it.
Does anyone have any info and/or expirience with them? They are very expensive, too... Do they work as promised?
Maybe someone using something different for a similar reason. Please, help.
Thanks. Irina.
