Bearded dragon toenails can be trimmed and they do possesss a fleshy quick like dogs and other animals. You can trim them using cat nail clippers or small dog clippers (or very sharp human nail clippers). Just trim off the very tip, unless you can see the quick through the side of the dragons. If you do happen to cut into the quick, use baking soda to stop the bleeding or one of those septic (?) pens which are designed to help stop bleeding. [ Hide Replies ]
