Amquell drops and water for new tinctorius

I just acquired a new tinctorius and have him set up in a nice naturalistic vivarium. The breeder recommended that I use Zephyrhills bottled water treated with Amquell drops for the water source and misting water. He also wrote "prime drops" on the list of things I needed to get. I've been unable to find info on what prime drops are or where to get them.

Can anyone tell me what prime drops are and does bottled water treated with Amquell sound ok? I've found conflicting reports regarding the best type of water to use with Dendrobates during my internet research so far. (I also ordered Bartlett's book but it hasn't arrived yet)
