How often do you clean the enclosure?
Might be infection, if not often enough?
Do you clean your hands with vetinary disinfectant?
Do you have a local vet that can take a look at them?
I clean my enclosure twice a week.
50-60% of the waterfall water evaporates every day, and gets replaced. It gets a complete replacement, and wash down, twice a week with the cleanout.
I use amprotect vetinary disinfectant on all the glass, and on the waterfall.
I leave the moss and the trees alone though.
Their stool probably goes straight through the moss into the bark substrate, so it's not an issue.
