It's been a wild ride the last week, 3 litters for 72 babies within a couple of days. Even though I've been expecting the litters, still is catching me off gaurd to have soooooooooo many.
Last year I had 6 litters and 5 of them averaged 10 each (52 total). Also had a whopper litter of 31 from what I was thinking was a dud female. She had given me nuttin but slugs for three prior years. had her for sale and was almost sold twice. I left her in the breeding colony figuring nuthing to lose and bam, she got the idea that being cared for, well fed, cleaned up after, living in the lap of luxury was not so bad, better give up the babies if'n she wanted to stay. ----- Thanks,
