You're confused???...

Why are you feeding her fuzzy mice? She should be on adult mice or hopper rats. I regularly feed my newborn baby BRB's hopper mice as their first meal.



My yearling BRB's similar to yours are on a once every two week feeding schedule, typically take down one or two adult (but not jumbo) mice at a feeding. Basic rule of thumb, the tummy bulge should be noticeable yet not look overly large. Some skin showing at the bulge is normal but the skin should not look way stretched. The bulge should diminish and go away over two to three days. Still having a noticible full tummy just not all in one spot.
