My last veiled clutch to hatch out were laid in late July, hatched in March. Almost 9 months to the day.
I incubated the eggs at room temp. It took a little while longer, but I was rewarded with stronger babies straight out of the egg, with bigger sizes and almost no mortality from those who did hatch.
I would suggest maybe candling the eggs, check for veining. That at least will give you an indication that everything is going along smoothly. I would further suggest tossing out any OBVIOUSLY bad eggs, but to leave the rest be.
Other suggestions: I dunno, maybe take up smoking, perhaps knitting? Something to pass the time. ----- Victor Gomez
