I have kept them for years now and they were one of the first I succesfully bred back when I "got back into" snakes. I often refer to them as bulletproof. I have never had one refuse to eat well (some others have),or thrive in captivity, and they breed well. My adults are VERY agressive feeders. With frequent handling they calm easy and are very docile in my experience.
I was surprised that I brought any home with me this year from Daytona. Usually they are gone quickly.
