Since (eventually) this will be my first milk, I am wondering which is the easiest to work with (assuming it is well started) I would like to get a younger one maybe a few months to a year? Tangerine honduran is hands down my favorite because I just sit here and drool over it! But if you guys think it would be best to start with a Sinaloan or a Peublan or Nelson's I love those too! What is everyone's opinion? Thanks again! [ Hide Replies ]
