Yes, he will eat pinkies right away.
Sinaloans are very large compared to North American milks and rarely are a problem to get feeding.
All milk snakes, especially young milk snakes, are very secretive.
Keep the snake in a releatively small container with a small, tight hide box.
Place the pinky in the hide with the snake (or even place it in a deli cup with the snake) and leave it alone and completely undisturbed. Hopefully it will be gone within a couple hours.
I always like to just but the pinky with the snake before bed and leave it overnight, that way you won't be tempted to "peek" too soon and spook the snake into spitting it out.
