new to dart frogs need help

hello,everyone new to dart frogs. my backround is in chameleons.i was thinking about getting a frog or 2 and was wondering which is the best species to get. i also have a 5 gallon terrarium with live pothos only in it and was wondering how to cnvert that to a frog setup. the plants are already rooted in gravel and charcoal.any suggestions or caresheets would be greatly appreciated. thanks matt
