Posted by: scottcrew at Fri Jul 18 16:05:25 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by scottcrew ] I have baby American Toads. We had started with 9 little toadlets, but now we are down to 4. All of the others did not learn to eat and died. We have no problem with 2 of the baby toads eating(pin head crickets & fruit flies), but I am concerned about overfeeding them. Their tummies are looking fairly rotund and occasionally they get their bellies stuck on a tiny rock and have to struggle a bit to get off. They are growing rather quickly though in comparison to the remaing 2 which are much smaller and almost black looking (the 2 larger ones are a light brown). | ||
