Nice idea using the PVC fence, I bet it is too slippery for them to climb. The main cage below is 20x50, I have subdivided it into two 10x50's, but have left access between the 2 halfs. It is the same as adding visual barriors. It still needs alot of landscaping, but do not want to invest too much time as we are looking to move.
