I had thought after reading the posts on fieldherpers you might re-consider keeping it. If you love something set it free, yes. However, no snake is ever going to love you back. It's a one sided relationship, and the thing we get in return for our devotion is knowledge. Knowledge of biology, ecology, and husbandry. If you ask me, the aquisition of said is well worth taking a few risks, and tolerating a few faceless citicisms.
