The resulting clutch was entirely dark brown siding with a cream color for the blotches. Every newborn clutch I have seen has been strong on the yellow/orange coloring. Would this odd coloring be normal and my other experience be weird, or perhaps they were born a day or two early? Maybe the heat was too high in the basking area for the female? Any ideas? I'm highly doubting a weird morph, as both parents were captive bred by normal snakes, and the entire clutch looks the same. [ Hide Replies ]
