Sounds a little small but then all boas are different. I had a litter on 3-29-03 and kept 2 up until a few weeks back. the famale is 54" and the male is 4' I slow grew them from birth only feeding them every 10 to 14 days but they were not starved in any way. 30" sounds kind of small for a 2 1/2 year old boa unless it's a CA. Are you sure on the exact date they were born?
