The price on Hybinos and Pearls will be dictated by supply and demand down the line. The few Hybinos on the market right now don't seem to be moving at the asking price. Are they in demand, I would think so, with only a hand full out there, pretty normal for prices to be high. The market will fix itself eventually...

You bring their looks on the table, valid point but as Shannon mentioned, the genotype of Pearls and Hybinos is the key. I wouldn't mind cutting back to 2-4 males to service an army of females!

Another point that can't be overlooked, with the Extreme and possibly calicos coming into play, there is still lots to be learned from crossing all of these together!

I am still puzzled by the spectacular honduran Jeff Alloway hatched last year. You've told me it was produced from triple hets. I would speculate that a Pearl or Hybino would help us produce more of such surprises at a faster rate.
