New Tokay setup causes barking

I just got a free ~80 gallon tank so I decided that my tokay could use a new home. The pics are here:

Anyway, I put him in there last night and he roamed it all night and much of the day. Tonight, I was sitting there minding my own business and I suddenly hear TOOOOKAYYYYY........pause.........GA GA GA GA GA GA TOOOOOOKAAAAAAAY. I'd like to point out that my tokay barked like once the whole time I've had him and it wasnt anywhere near as loud or as long as this. Is he stressed out or is he just trying to establish territory? He seems rather comfortable, alert, exploring and all that. Is this just normal tokay behavior?
