If it is pink turning to dark brown it may be a prolapsed part of the intestine or a hemipene, and it will need IMMEDIATE vet care. Until you can get to a vet keep it moist with spraying. Once the tissue dries out you can't save it and a vet may have to remove it. If it dropped free, and was whitish yellow to orange it was probably a hard mass of concentrated urates, and signals that he needs a lot more water generally, not just from the 4 days without. | ||
