Hey; to update on my last posts about my recieving eggs from my pair of arautus, I currently have two large tadpoles that seem to be growing nubs to soon be legs, 3 medium, 3 eggs about to hatch today or tomarrow (one of which has hatched) and 3 more eggs about 7 days old. I'm proud to say I havn't had one failed egg or tadpole, and am looking at alot of frogs!
The real reason I posted: My frog has laid what seems to be one egg (but may be more) on the leaf (directly above the water sitting in the plant) of their bromeliad. I'm going to leave the egg for a day or two to ensure firtilization and all. What should I do? Remove it? If so...how? I've heard using a teaspoon can do it, but I don't want to flip the egg. I'd prefer to incubate it out of the vivarium...(to discourage this, should I provide more egg places with water...more petri dishes?
