You get a double het by breeding two simple recessive traits to each other. As in a albino male breed to a anery female. The result would be double het snow because the combined result of those two traits is snow. If the off spring of the pair (double het snows) were breed 1 in 16 would be snow on average. There would also be albinos and anerys and normals. If you don't understand the genetics I would suggest buying a good book or looking at albinotricolors.com. as far as books the cornsnake manual by the Loves has a good genetic section.
