Sorry Eric but you are definitely wrong on this one, your animal is indeed part homozygous pied whether you like it or not.
That is not a ringer on your animal, that is pure unadulterated white with the pied colors immediately preceding and ending with pied color/pattern.
Like I said, most likely reason for this is you have yourself a paradox pied, an animal exhibiting normal and pied characteristics in one.
As for it being a ringer, well you show me a ringer that looks like that and I'll mail you a cookie. Normally a ringer has faded color (but not pure white) exhibited from the belly and around the spine in a good example. Yours has pure white, looking roughly to be 1.5inches wide or so with pied color/pattern before and after it. Like I said, not a ringer!
