spray foam insulation?

has anyone heard about using this in your dart tank. i know its toxic when you first spray it but when it dries its not. I wanted to use this in a 75g tank to make waterfalls and cliffs out of it. it would be cool to use because after it dries you can carve it out for tunnels ect.

i think this may have been done before and had to be coated with silicone. what do you think?
