SIZE QUESTION

Hi Folks; what would be the normal growth rate of eastern indigos, Male & Female. (in captivity)

ex: 1 year - 3 ft
2 year - 5 ft

I've seen many postings with sizes that just blow mine away.
I'm puzzled
