Posted by: PHLdyPayne at Wed Sep 28 15:09:30 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by PHLdyPayne ] I would stick with fresh greens and insects, using pellets as toppings to fresh salads and for short trips away from home (ie weekends, no longer than two days, any longer and somebody should be coming in to feed your pets daily). pellets normally are pretty well balanced but giving no real studies (at least none that I am aware of) have been done on the long term completeness of any prepared bearded dragon diet, can't say for sure if they are completely healthy. I do know (mostly by common sense) dried food requires the availability of fresh water for the dragon to drink. | ||
