looking for a good small montior

hi, i have had crocs,waters,niles,savannahs,blackthroats....ect.
but im looking for a good dwarf monitor..i dont mind spending a few bucks but i was looking for opions on some good species size,temperment ect. so i can get an idea of which one to read up on....thanks Gerald
