You can actually transport them from Guam to the mainland without any paperwork (US to US) or at least you were able to. I had the Guam Department of Aquatics and Wildlife write a letter of origin for me just in case there was any trouble, but it was not needed. They gave me a hatchling when I departed Guam in 1991. | ||
